SunSCRM User Code of Conduct

Welcome to SunSCRM (the "Platform", "we", or "us").

To maintain platform security, protect user rights, and foster a healthy and compliant business environment, all users must comply with this User Code of Conduct (the "Code") when using SunSCRM products and services.

By registering for, logging into, accessing, downloading, installing, or using any SunSCRM product, feature, or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Code and all related documents, including the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to this Code, please stop using the relevant services immediately.

1. Fundamental Principles

SunSCRM is committed to helping businesses build efficient, secure, and trustworthy customer communication and management systems.

While using the Platform, you must:

  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Follow the principles of honesty, good faith, and fair dealing.
  • Respect the lawful rights and interests of other users and third parties.
  • Conduct marketing, customer service, and business activities lawfully.
  • Not use the Platform for any illegal, non-compliant, or public-interest-harming activity.

As a technology service provider, SunSCRM only offers tools for customer communication, customer management, and marketing collaboration. We do not participate in users' specific business operations and do not assume responsibility for information users publish, transmit, or process on their own.

2. Prohibited Conduct

To protect the platform ecosystem and user rights, you may not use SunSCRM to engage in the following conduct, including but not limited to:

2.1 Violations of laws and regulations

You may not use the Platform for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to:

  • Fraud, scams, fake transactions, or phishing.
  • Gambling, pornography, violence, or terrorism-related activities.
  • Money laundering, illegal fundraising, or financial arbitrage.
  • The sale or promotion of prohibited goods.
  • Violations of international trade controls, export controls, or economic sanctions.
  • Infringement of others' intellectual property, trade secrets, or privacy.

2.2 False and misleading conduct

You may not publish, spread, or carry out false or misleading information or acts, including but not limited to:

  • False advertising or exaggerated claims about product effectiveness.
  • Fabricated identity, qualifications, or authorization information.
  • Forged transaction records, customer reviews, or sales data.
  • Fake giveaways or fake promotional campaigns.
  • Inducing users to perform fake registrations, clicks, downloads, or payments.

2.3 Harassment and infringement

You may not use the Platform to engage in the following:

  • Sending spam or unauthorized marketing messages.
  • Malicious harassment, abuse, threats, or attacks against others.
  • Spreading insulting, discriminatory, or defamatory content.
  • Collecting, storing, or using others' information without authorization.
  • Infringing third-party reputation rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other lawful interests.

2.4 Unfair marketing and gray-market conduct

You may not use the Platform for any form of unfair commercial activity, including but not limited to:

  • Fake orders, fake traffic, fake reviews, or other fabricated data activity.
  • Illegal traffic diversion, manipulative referral growth, or traffic arbitrage.
  • Multi-level marketing schemes or disguised pyramid-selling activity.
  • Using system vulnerabilities to obtain improper benefits.
  • Mass harassment of users or malicious bulk messaging.

2.5 Interference with platform operations

You may not affect the normal operation of the Platform, third-party platforms, or network systems in any way, including but not limited to:

  • Using crawlers, scripts, plug-ins, or automation tools for abnormal operations.
  • Bypassing risk-control mechanisms or access restrictions.
  • Cracking, reverse engineering, or tampering with software programs.
  • Abusing API interfaces or making malicious requests.
  • Taking actions that impact system stability or security.

3. User Responsibilities and Obligations

3.1 Lawful use obligation

You must ensure that business activities conducted through SunSCRM comply with applicable laws, industry standards, and third-party platform policies.

3.2 Obligation to provide truthful information

The identity information, business information, certification materials, and other data you submit to the Platform must be true, accurate, complete, and continuously valid.

You are solely responsible for any risks or losses caused by false or expired information.

3.3 Account management responsibility

You must properly safeguard your account and login credentials and are responsible for all activities under your account, including:

  • Employee use.
  • Actions taken by authorized personnel.
  • Actual control or use by third parties.

If you discover abnormal account activity, unauthorized use, or security risks, please notify us immediately.

3.4 Data compliance responsibility

If you collect, store, manage, or process end-user information through SunSCRM, you must ensure that you have lawfully fulfilled relevant data-protection obligations, including but not limited to:

  • Obtaining necessary authorization or consent.
  • Providing lawful explanations of data collection.
  • Establishing reasonable data-security protection mechanisms.
  • Safeguarding users' rights to know, inquire, and unsubscribe.

You are solely responsible for any disputes, complaints, or legal liabilities arising from a failure to fulfill such compliance obligations.

3.5 Self-inspection and cooperation obligation

If you discover abnormal operations, violations, or security risks, you must promptly correct them and actively cooperate with platform investigations and handling.

4. Platform Management Rights

To protect platform security and user rights, SunSCRM may take appropriate action against conduct that violates this Code, including but not limited to:

  • Issuing risk alerts or warnings.
  • Restricting access to certain features.
  • Suspending or terminating account services.
  • Deleting violating content or data.
  • Refusing to provide related services.
  • Reporting violations to third-party platforms or regulators.
  • Pursuing legal liability in accordance with law.

SunSCRM may require users to bear full compensation liability for platform losses, third-party claims, administrative penalties, or other harm caused by user violations.

5. Disclaimer

SunSCRM acts solely as a technical service platform and provides users with tools for customer communication and customer management.

We do not proactively participate in users' specific business operations, nor do we conduct substantive review of information users publish, transmit, or process.

The following consequences resulting from user conduct are the sole responsibility of the user:

  • Legal liability.
  • Administrative penalties.
  • Commercial losses.
  • Reputational harm.
  • Third-party disputes.

All such responsibility shall be borne by the user.

SunSCRM will cooperate with law-enforcement investigations when required by law.

6. Updates to This Code

We may revise this Code as laws and regulations change, industries evolve, or product upgrades require it.

If material updates occur, we will notify you through:

  • Official website announcements.
  • In-site notifications.
  • Email.
  • Other reasonable methods.

We will use these channels to notify you.

The updated Code takes effect on the date it is published.

If you continue using SunSCRM services after the Code has been updated, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with the latest version.

7. Supplementary Provisions

1. This Code forms an important part of the User Agreement and has the same legal effect as related agreement documents.

2. If any provision of this Code is held invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected.

3. To the extent permitted by law, SunSCRM reserves the final right of interpretation of this Code.

We hope SunSCRM is not only a tool, but also a bridge that helps businesses build long-term customer relationships.

Accordingly, we expect every user to follow the principles of integrity, compliance, respect, and responsibility, so that together we can foster a safe, healthy, and sustainable business ecosystem.
